Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

  • United States : 3 - 7 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the vintage items in new condition?

Most of my items are in great condition; however, please understand that I list mostly vintage pieces and they will show imperfections from years of use. Each piece is unique and will show minimal wear and tear. If anything should stand out, such as a chip, crack or a major scratch, it will either show in the picture or description. If you are looking for perfect and mint condition pieces, then Vintage is not for you :) My handmade wall pieces and oil paintings are brand new, made by me and made with new materials.

What if I want to return my item?

If you are not satisfied with your order you have 7 days from the day you receive your item to return it. In addition, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and will only be refunded the cost of the item. It is very important to me that my customers are happy with their products. Please, reach out to me should you have any questions or concerns regarding measurements, age and wear and/or imperfections.

How long is the processing time?

During regular business days, the processing time is about 1-3 business days; however, if an order is placed during a holiday or weekend the processing time may be 2-4 days.
